• Retraction Watch published a list of papers and peer reviews with evidence of ChatGPT writing based on a search strategy by Dr. Guillaume Cabanac (Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse). This list was used to supplement my own search strategies.
• Dr. Damien Charlotin (HEC Paris) tracks
• Legal decisions in which generative AI hallucinated content,
• Legal cases in which generative AI was used to make arguments or prove points, and
• Legal decisions on whether and when generative AI prompts, outputs, and use are discoverable in litigation.
• Dr. Michal Wojcik (freelance) tracks suspected AI-generated images in the peer-reviewed literature.

With a broader scope, the AI Incident Database is a repository of problems experienced in the real world due to the use of AI systems.
